Duties:
– Welcome and greet guests upon arrival
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all players
– Explain game rules, objectives, and safety guidelines to players
– Monitor game progress and provide hints or clues when necessary
– Reset game rooms and props after each session with precision
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of game rooms and common areas
– Handle cash transactions and manage reservations
– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of games
– Upsell and promote products and games with enthusiasm
Requirements:
– Customer service experience
– Have a genuine interest in escape rooms and has experience playing them
– Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
– Flexibility to work Wed, Thurs, Fri evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
– Ability to talk to large & small groups with enthusiasm

– This is an ongoing recruitment position until the right candidate is found.
– This position has the opportunity to move up within the company for the correct candidate.
– Our Game Maser role is a long term position that would suit a first year university student

Job Type: Zero hours contract
Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
